Introduction

Another smoothie great for when you've got a sore throat
I ran a bunch of fruits and vegetables through the juicer, saved the juice into individual containers and keep them in the fridge to be mixed into soups and smoothies later

Ingredients

    1/8 cup beet juice
    1/4 cup pear juice
    1/2 cup coconut milk
    1 cup ice chips
    1/2 scoop Dream Protein, Vanilla

Directions

place all ingredients in blender and blend first on low for a few seconds, then medium for a few seconds, then high till it's reached the consistency you want. Then turn the blender down to low and open the lid slightly to let some air in and allow the mixture to froth up.

Makes a delicious pink pear smoothie!
