    2 cups Organic Valley Reduced Fat Milk 2%
    2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    2 Large Eggs
    1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
    1 Cup Unprocessed Bran
    1 Cup White Flour
    1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
    2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
    1 Teaspoon Salt
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 Scoop vanilla protein powder


Mix milk and vinegar together and set aside for 15 min while gathering other ingredients. Mixture should slightly curdle.

*Nonfat buttermilk can be substituted for this ingredient.

Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside.

Whisk eggs and vanilla extract into milk and immediately mix into flour mixture. Stir gently until well blended. If batter is too thin, add more white or whole wheat flour to thicken.

Ladle in 1/4 cup measurements onto a hot skillet lightly greased or sprayed with Pam.
