    5 Ice Cubes, crushed
    1 cup Banana slices , frozen
    1 cups Breyers, Fat Free Vanilla Ice Cream
    1/2 cup Milk, non fat
    1 tablespoon Hershey Syrup, Sugar Free (optional)


Directions

Slice a banana, place 1 cup in baggie and freeze overnight.

Place ice cubes in blender, use "crush ice" setting
Add frozen banana slices, use "chop" setting
Add ice cream, use "puree" setting
Add milk and Chocolate syrup, use "stir" setting
