    29 oz raw russett potatoes
    1 egg, boiled and diced
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    4 TB yellow mustard
    1 c Miracle Whip Light


1. Peel, dice, and boil potatoes until tender
2. Mix potatoes and remaining ingredients.
3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve cold.
