    * Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *Black Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp (remove)
    * *Kirkland Sweet Mesquite Seasoning, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    * *Good Season's Zesty Italian Seasoning, 1 serving (remove)
    * *Salmon - Fresh skin on, 23.5 oz (remove)
    * California Sun Dry Smoked Sun Dried Tomatoes-Julienne Cut, .25 oz (remove)


Take a flat bottomed bowl, and EVO and coat bowl bottle. Add seasonings and then place salmon filet with skin up. Let the salmon get comfortable..(30 minutes..2 hours ...whatever), and then start the grill. Spray grill grates with PAM, and then place Skin side down on the grill. When ready to turn, reapply PAM on grill grates, flip and let the salmon finish. Garnish with the sun dried tomatoes.
