Ingredients

    4 Cups GF Oats
    1/2 Cup Brown Rice flour
    1/4 Cup Soy Flour
    1/2 Cup Whole grain corn meal
    1/2 Cup Flaxseed meal
    1/2 Cup Sucanat or honey
    1/2 Cup chopped Walnuts
    3/4 Cup Sliced or slivered Almonds
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup Olive Oil
    3/4 Cup water
    1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
    1/2 Cup Raw cashews

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together
Mix Wet ingredients and then pour over dry and mix thoroughly until mixter is moist and crumbly

Bake in two separate cookie sheets at 325 for 20 min
Then turn heat down to 150 or warm for 3-4 hours or until dry and crunchy.

Makes 20 1/2 cup servings
