Ingredients

    2 links turkey sausage
    1 T. grated parmesan cheese
    1 can Margaret Homles brand Squash with Vidalia Onions
    1 large egg

Directions

Spray small cooking bowl with Pam. Beat in one large egg and parmesan cheese. Fold in drained can of squash & onions (found at Dollar General). Cut turkey sausage links into small coins and fold into egg mixture. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, sprinkle on a pinch more of parmesan if desired, and bake 5 minutes more.
