Ingredients

    1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
    1/2 cup mayonnaise, lite
    8 oz light cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, or less if desired
    1/4 tsp garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp dried dill
    Dash of hot sauce

Directions

Beat cream cheese and mayo with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

Spoon into pie plate or quiche dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes until lightly browned.

Serve with crackers or bread sticks.
