    3/4 C Sliced raw onion
    1/2 C Grated Carrot
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 small or 1 large can roasted green chili peppers
    1 C Green Salsa
    1 Can pinto beans drained and rinsed
    1 can garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
    4 C low fat chicken chicken broth
    1 T taco seasoning or equivilant
    1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
    2 tsp olive oil10 oz Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast)


Place pork in bottom of crock pot, add all other ingredients. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or on low for longer. Remove and shred pork and add shredded pork back to crock pot and let set 10 to 15 minutes. The chili will seem thin at first, but will thicken after the shredded pork has absorbed some of the liquid.
