    1.50 lbs pork loin cut up small pieces
    1 lb. grt nrthrn beans
    2 cans low sod diced tom
    1 grn peppers
    2 lg onions
    5 garlic cloves
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp salt for life
    10 oz. bag frozen corn
    10 oz. bag frozen broccoli
    .33 tsp black pepper


makes 11 1 cup servings


precook beans and add to stew in the last 20 min.
cook stew on low heat for approx. 1 hour
