Ingredients

    1 cup of Steel Cut Dry Oats
    2 cups of dried fruit of your choice
    4 cups of water
    1/2 skim milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker, cook on low overnight, and a healthy breakfast is ready in the morning! Makes approximately 6 1-cup servings.
