    1 tbsp olive oil
    3 garlic cloves
    1 medium onion
    1 lb ground turkey
    10 oz can enchilada sauce
    8 oz can tomato sauce
    1 tube pillsbury simply biscuits
    1.25 c sargentto rf mexican cheese


Preheat oven to 350*. Heat oil in skillet, add diced onion/garlic and brown turkey and drain if needed. Add Mexican seasonings if desired (cumin, chili powder, cayenne).

In large bowl, mix enchilada sauce and tomato sauce. Add meat and onion mixture. Add quartered raw biscuits and stir until coated.

Pour mixture into sprayed casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes. Take out of oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
