    mix the dry pudding mix with the fat free whipped topping, break whole graham cracker in half (so you have 2 squares), dallop mixed whipped topping on non sugared side (about 1- 1 1/2 tbsp), put other square on top (now you have a sandwich)

    Place in freezer about 30 minutes to harden, then enjoy!


makes approx 14 sandwiches ... you can make more by putting less topping in between.
