Ingredients

    Combine 1.5 cup water, 1 cup cottage cheese, 0.5 cup honey, 0.25 cup margarine or butter, and 2 tsp salt. Heat until very warm (120 - 130 F) and butter is melted.
    Add in enough flour and mix for 10 min to develop. Add egg and dry yeast, mix. Add remaining flour to make a firm dough. Knead till smooth and elastic. Let rise 2 hours or until double in bulk. Punch down. Let rise second time, about 1 hour. Punch down and divide into two. Knead gently and shape into loaves. Put into loaf pans, and let rise. Bake at 350 F for one hour or until brown.
