    Okra, 2 cup slices
    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.5 cup kernels
    *Flour, white, .1 cup
    *Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup


makes 8 1 cup serrvings
stirfry okra for 10 minutes. Layer in baking dish alternating okra and corn. make a white sauce by melting 1 tbsp of butter over low heat and blending in the flour. Add milk all at once, cook quickly and stir constantly. Cheese is stirred in until blended. pour this mixture over the vegetables. Melt 1 tbsp butter and toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over casserole. Bake at 350 for appx 45 minutes until bread crumbs are golden.
