    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp water
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1/2 cup matzo meal


Combine oil and eggs. Add matzo meal and salt, blend well. Add water, cover and chill for at least 20 minutes. Shape, drop into simmering water or soup. Simmer for 30-40 minutes.
