Ingredients

    1/2 Whole Wheat Pita, opened like a pocket
    1 oz Brie, trimmed of rind
    1 Lg slice Tomato
    2-3 fresh basil leaves
    non-stick spray

Directions

layer ingredients inside pita. Coat pan with spray and heat over med-high. Grill pita, turning once, until both sides are golden and cheese is melty.
