    1-lb. lean ground turkey
    1/2 cup quick oats
    2 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley
    1-tsp oregano
    1-tbsp parmesan cheese


Mix all ingredients in a bowl with your hands until well blended. Form into 1.5 oz. balls and broil 2 racks from the top for 5 minutes. Spray broil pan with non-stick cooking spray. Add into your pasta sauce to simmer.
