Ingredients

    100g Spaghettini (Dry) Catelli Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat
    2 tsp Bovril Chicken Bouillon Concentrate
    1 cup Water
    4 onces Mushrooms, fresh/sliced
    1/2 cup Carnation Evaporated Skim milk
    1.5 tbsp Cornstarch
    White Wine, 1 fl oz
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    1.5 cupTurkey (light meat), chopped or diced
    2 tbsp cup Kraft 100% Parmasan Shredded

Directions

Cook pasta according to direction.

Meanwhile preheat oven at 375. Bring broth/water to a boil . Add mushrooms. Simmer uncover for about 4 min. until tender. Stir skim milk into mushroom mixture. In a custard cup stir together cornstarch and wine until smooth. Add to the mushroom mixture . Bring to a boil and cook for 1 min.

Remove from heat add dash of salt and pepper to taste . Stir in the turkey. Add pasta and toss until well coated.

Transfer to a 9" pie plate . Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 min until golden brown and bubbly.

3 serving 1/3 of dish.
