Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 cup minced clams
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 cup skim milk
    2 cups white flour
    3 tbsp baking powder
    2 tbsp corn oil

Directions

Mix all but the corn oil. Form 2" balls. Fry in heated oil.
