    2 cups broccoli florets (about 8 ounces)
    Tangerine Sauce:
    .25 tangerine or orange marmalade
    1-2 tbsp rice vinegar
    .5 tsp grated gingerroot or .125 tsp ground ginger
    2-3 drop hot pepper oil


serves 4; .5 cup broccoli and 1 tbsp sauce per serving

Put broccoli in a steamer basket in a medium saucepan over a small amount of simmering water. Cook, covered, for 6-8 minutes, or until tender.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, stir together sauce ingredient. Cookover low heat for 2-3 minutes, or until marmalade has melted, stirring occasionally.
To serve, spoon about 1 tbsp sauce onto each plate and place broccoli on top.
