    1 lb turkey breast
    1 can black beans, drained
    2 cans corn undrained
    1 16 oz. jar salsa
    1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 cup chopped red peppers
    10 tsp El Paso Taco seasoning


Combine corn, beans, onions, peppers, taco seasoning and half of salsa in crockpot. Place turkey breast on top and cover with remaining salsa. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Serve with cheese on top. You can also use tortilla wraps or anything else that you want. It makes 6 servings or 1.5 cups per serving.
