    1 lb tilapia filets (usually 4 per lb--about 4 oz each)
    1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    Mrs. Dash seasoning
    Tony Cachere's Cajun seasoning


Heat olive oil in skillet. Sprinkle thawed tilapia filets with Mrs. Dash and cajun seasoning (amount depends on personal preferrence). Add tilapia filets to heated olive oil, sautee over medium-high heat till lightly browned on one side for 5-6 minutes, then gently turn over to sautee/brown other side (you may want to cover skillet to prevent spattering). Filets are ready when white all the way through and flake with fork.
