This is a very moist cake. Yummm... This is a very moist cake. Yummm...
Number of Servings: 24


    1 15 oz can of pumpkin,
    .5 cup egg substitute,
    1 cup cream.
    1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spices
    1 carrot cake mix (18 oz)


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Use Pam to coat 13x9 inch cake pan. Combine in a large mixing bowl 1 15 oz can of pumpkin, egg substitute, and cream. Mix until well blended, add spices and 1 carrot cake mix (18 oz) and 1 cup crushed walnuts. (save out 12 halves broken in half to place on top of the cake mix before baking)This will take some time to fully combine all ingredients. Once combined fold into pre-greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted is clean.
