    Half a small avocado
    Green onions - chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste


Mash a hard boiled egg with half a small avocado. Add chopped green onions, salt and pepper to taste.
Makes enough for a large breakfast when spread on toast, or a bagel, or pita - or share with a friend!
