low fat, low cal pepper and eggs low fat, low cal pepper and eggs

Ingredients

    2 servings egg beaters ( .5 cup ) .25 cup red bell peppers, .25 cup green bell peppers, .25 cup onions, 1 serving hunts tomato katsup, 1 serving romano cheese ( 2 tsp) , .25 cup fresh mushrooms .

Directions

chop peppers, onion, mushroom and set aside. spray small frying pan with pam spray and heat on medium heat. pour 1 half cup of egg beaters in the frying pan. let eggs cook about 30 seconds. then pour the peppers, onions, and mushrooms in and stir like you would with scrambled eggs. cook until eggs are done. remove and top with 1 serving of kraft parmesan romano cheese and 1 serving of katsup. you can also put salt and pepper if you wish.
