    bell pepper


saute bell pepper and onion til soft, beat one egg with nutmeg and milk. In small au gratin dish (spray with anti stick stuff or wipe out with olive oil), layer chopped piece of ham, sauteed veggies, torn piece of cheese (I use Kraft American) and pour whisked egg/milk mixture. Bake at 425 about15 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.

Makes a lovely, filling, healthy breakfast for one!
