    3 hot italian sausage
    1.5 lb plum tomato
    med. onion, chopped
    1 tsp olive oil


roast tomato in 500degree oven for 25 minutes till soft. Let cool slightly. Chop.

cook sausage in frying pan. when mostly done, remove, and fry onions and garlic in oil that came from sausage. Add in the chopped tomato. Pour in wine, scrap the bottom of pan. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over pasta. I stirred in pesto (mine was homemade, but not in the calorie count) and made it super yummy~! But it's great by it self!
