Ingredients

    23 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
    2 t chicken base mixed into 2 cups of water
    1 cup water ( additional )
    2 T low fat butter
    1 T low fat parmesan cheese
    CHEESE
    2 cups low fat velveeta
    2 oz low fat cream cheese ( 1/4 of a regular sized brick )
    1 t yellow mustard

Directions

recipe makes 6 servings

Add all macaroni ingredients and securely lock on lid, set the cooker to high and cook for 6 minutes. perform a quick release to release the cookers pressure. safely remove lid and slowly stir in the cheese ingredients until melted and creamy.
