Ingredients

    1/3 cup wild rice
    1/3 cup long grain white rice
    1/3 cup brown rice
    1 Can fat free chicken broth
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup grated carrot
    1 T olive oil
    1 cup water
    1/4 Cup almonds

Directions

Bring water and broth to boil, add rice and cover, cook on low heat.
Saute onion, celery and carrot in olive oil then add to rice and cook 40 to 45 min until water is absorbed.
Add almonds and serve
