    1 pound extra lean ground beef
    1/2 bag (8 oz) chopped baby carrots
    3 medium cubed turnips
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 8oz can no salt tomato sauce
    1 14.5oz can no salt green beans (cut) Drained
    1 cup diced celery
    3 cups unsalted beef stock (cardboard carton) Kitchen Basics Brand


Makes approx. 10 1-cup servings.
Cook and drain extra lean ground beef. While that is cooking go ahead and start chopping and dicing the raw veggies. Add the beef stock and tomato sauce to the pot with the beef, bring to a slow simmer about medium heat. Add all the chopped veggies and green beans and remain simmering for about an hour or until the veggies are at the desired tenderness. ENJOY!!!!!
