    4 cups green beans after snapping into pieces
    1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
    1 cucumber, seeded and sliced into moon shapes
    1/4 cup any kind of vinegar
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp of fresh herbs such as basil, thyme, mint, or tarragon
