    1/4 cup fat free, low sodium chicken broth
    4 T PB2 Peanut Butter (powder)
    1 1/2 T low sodium soy sauce
    1 1/2 T Stevia
    1 tsp. Pepper
    1 tsp. Garlic Powder (or more to taste)
    1 Cup Winter Mix Frozen Vegetables (broccoli & cauliflower mix)
    1 pkg (2 serving size) Shirataki Spagetti Noodles (tofu noodles)


In a large bowl, mix chicken broth, PB2, soy sauce, stevia, garlic powder and pepper. Microwave for 1 minute. Set aside

Drain Shirataki Spaghetti noodles and rinse completely to get their slight original odor gone, drain well and put in ceramic dish and microwave for 1 minute. Set aside.

Microwave the 1 cup of vegetables in a covered dish for 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain any excess water.

Mix the veggies with noodles and pour sauce over the top and mix well. Enjoy.

You could easily add some grilled chicken pieces to this dish to get a very satisfying meal.

I eat both servings and have a very good meal that is very low in calories so I can have a nice low cal dessert.

    I just made this up today, have been cooking and making new recipes all day, it was very yummy! You will become addicted to the PB2 if you love peanut butter! I just can't get enough of it. I've got a lot of my recipes in my cookbook that use it. Hope you enjoy!
