baked swordfish. People say it's like the steak of fish, and I didn't understand that until tonight. Ingredients

2 large filets swordfish
2 tbsp Olive oil with lemon
a dash of salt
a dash of black pepper
1 tsp dried orange peel
1 tsp basil
1 tbsp parsley
Directions
preheat oven to 425
coat baking pan and fish with lemon olive oil
sprinkle top of fish with salt, black pepper, dried orange peel, and basil
bake for 15-20 minutes until fish is opaque (not see through) cut into fish to be sure it's cooked all the way through depending on the thickness it may need a few more minutes. 20 was perfect for 2 large filets
sprinkle with parsley and serve
