Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 envelope taco seasoning
4 oz fat free cream cheese, cubed
    12 uncooked pasta shells
    1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Cook ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning; prepare according to package. Add cream cheese; cook and stir for 5-10 minutes. Transfer to bowl and chill for an hour.

2. Cook pasta shells and drain, running cool water over noodles for 5 minutes. Fill each shell with about 3 tablespoons of meat mixture.

3. Spoon 1/2 of the salsasalsa into a 9 in greased (I use Pam) baking dish. Top with stuffed shells and salsa. Cover and bake at 350 deg for 30 min. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer.

This can be topped with sour cream and crushed tortilla chips.
