Ingredients

    Butter, salted, 1 stick
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, .5 cup
    Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 57 grams
    *Stevia Extract In The Raw, 48 tsp
    *optimum nutrition vanilla protein powder, 2 scoops

Directions

Melt the butter and peanut butter in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave for another 1 min. Remove and stir in the cream cheese until completely dissolved. Stir in Stevia and then stir in the protein powder. Grease a 6 1/2 inch square container. Line with wax paper. Pour in the dish. Put in the refrigerator until cool. Can place in the freezer until cool to speed up process. Cut into 20 1-inch pieces.
