Ingredients

Japanese cucumbers with their thin skins work best in this recipe. Alternately, one can use English cucumbers. If using regular cucumbers, peel the skin, as it is too hard.
The more cucumber you use, the more refreshing this salsa tastes, but there becomes less of the avo flavor.
Directions
Cut the avocado in half and remove seed. With a small knife, score the avocado flesh in grids; turn it and then score crosswise. Keep scoring the flesh until it looks like small pieces. Scoop out the avocado into a medium sized bowl. Dice the cucumber, red tomatos, and onion into small pieces; add to the avo. Finely chop two stalks of cilantro and l clove garlic and add to the avo. Season to taste with a dash of salt, Italien Fat Free Dressing, and hot pepper sauce. Chill for half an hour and serve.
