    1 Tbsp. Pepper Jam


Ok, So this northern girl just discovered pepper jam.

Take the salmon filet. I had a 4 oz. frozen filet. place in a microwave dish. Add 1 TBSP water. Microwave for 5 minutes. Top with pepper jam. Microwave another 2-3 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Spread the jam around a bit.

I had frozen fish. If using thawed or fresh, decrease the cooking time.
