Ingredients

1- 4 serving size sugar free jello; flavor your choice
1 can crushed pineapple in natural juice
1 small container cool whip light
1 container cottage cheese
Directions
Place cottage cheese and pineapple with juice in a bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle the jello on top and let set for a few minutes to soften. Mix well. Add the cool whip. Mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
