Introduction

Ingredients

    Almonds, 2/3 cup, whole (blanched or unblanched)
    *Red Bell Pepper, roasted, 226 gram(s) (1/2 of a 454g jar of Mezzetta or approximately 2 peppers)
    Smoked Paprika (Pimenton), 1/8 tsp
    *mint leaves, .25 Cup loosely packed (about 2 sprigs)
    *Heinz Red Wine Vinegar, .25 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Sea or Kosher Salt, .75 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 - toast almonds on a baking sheet in a single layer for 7-8 minutes or until they are fragrant. Cool.

Blend all ingredients in food processor until they form a coarse paste. Add olive oil as desired until paste smooths (I skipped this step and it was still wonderful). Left the oil out of the calorie calculations - if you use it add 20 calories per serving.
