    Tuna, canned in water, 6 oz
    olive oil, 2 tsp
    capers, drained, 2 tsp
    red onion, chopped, 2 tbsp
    2 boiled egg white
    lettuce to taste
    mustard, 1 tsp


Drain tuna. Combine with oil, capers, onion, and egg white. Spread mustard on bread/ tortilla, then spoon about 2-3 tablespoons on tuna mixture and lettuce.
