Ingredients

Potato, raw, 2 medium, sliced and peeled
Celery, raw, 2 cups chopped
Ground beef, extra lean - 1 pound
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 large onions, raw, sliced
1 large Green Peppers (bell peppers), sliced
1-19 oz can kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1-19 oz can Diced Tomatoes
1 tsp thyme, ground
1 tsp oregano, ground
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In a large casserole, arrange the potatoes on the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Layer the celery followed by a layer with the ground beef. Sprinkle the Worcestershire sauce.
4. Add onions, green peppers and kidney beans in separate layers. Sprinkle with thyme and oregano.
5. Top with the canned tomatoes. Cover and bake at 350 F for 90 minutes.
6. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Put back in oven for 5 minutes while the cheese melts.
