Ingredients



    * Swiss Chard, 342.5 grams, chopped
    * Lentils, .5 cup raw, cooked with 1.5 cups water till soft
    * *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Onions, raw, 2 small, chopped
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    * Garlic, 3 cloves, minced
    * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper, minced
    * Mustard seed, black, 1 tsp
    * Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    * Kitchen King masala, 2 tspns
    * Salt to taste

Directions

Heat oil. Add mustard and cumin. When mustard pops, add onions, Cook over med heat till soft. Add garlic and hot pepper. Saute till soft. Add tomatoes and Kitchen King masala. Cook for a few mins. Add chopped chard, salt and some water. Cook chard. Add cooked lentils and bring to a simmer. Simmer for a few mins till flavors are combined.
