    *Have all ingredients at room temperature.

    1 1/2 tsp yeast
    1 cup unbleached white flour
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    3 Tbsp Instant Non-fat Dry Milk
    1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp Water
    1 large Egg
    3 Tbsp Honey


Place all ingredients in bread machine in order listed.

Program for Medium and press start.

Variations: Add 2 Tbsp sesame, sunflower, or caraway seeds to the ingredients. If you're not looking to make a low calorie bread, then add 2 Tbsp of butter or veggie oil for a loaf that will stay fresher longer.
