    * Butternut Squash, 6 cup, cubes
    * Canola Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    * Salt to taste
    * Penzey's Vindaloo seasoning, 1 tspn


Spread squash in a foil lined cookie sheet. Drizzle canola oil, salt and seasoning. Mix well.

roast at 350 for 40 mins, stirring every 20 mins, or till done. Serve immediately
