    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Salsa, 2 cup
    freshlike mexicorn, 3 serving
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1.5 cup
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Chili powder, 1 tsp


brown beef in a large skillet.
drain and wash, put back into skillet.
add salsa, corn, water and chili powder.
bring to a boil.
add rice, stir through, cover and remove from heat.
allow about 10 mins for rice to cook.
top with cheese.
