Ingredients

    * Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    * Fresh basil, 4 tbsp
    * Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    * Garlic, 4 cloves
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 Italian tomato
    * Day-old bread, 4 servings

Directions

Chop tomatoes and place into a bowl. Add garlic and half the olive oil and toss. Cut bread into cubes and place on top of tomato mixture. Add remaining olive oil and basil and toss well. Garnish with dried parsley.

Serve immediately.
