Ingredients

    1 avocado
    3 tomatoes
    4 T fresh cilantro
    2 cups cannellini beans, cooked

Directions

Place beans in a bowl. Partially mash the beans if you wish. Chop tomatoes and place into bowl with the beans. Cube the avocado and place into bowl with beans and tomatoes. Toss well. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
