    Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp
    Green Beans, 3 cup
    Garlic, 10 cloves
    Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Brown Rice, long grain, 4 cup, cooked
    Wildwood baked tofu, teriyaki, 2 serving


Place 1 tablespoon of the sesame oil in a wok or large skillet and heat. Add garlic and saute, careful not to burn. Add green beans and the 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and cover the wok. Steam green beans until tender and bright green. Cube the tofu and add to the green bean mixture and heat through.

Serve over 1 cup of hot cooked brown rice.
