Ingredients

    # Chicken Breast, no skin,diced 600 grams
    # tomatoes tin diced carloni, 400 grams
    3/4 cup Red wine
    1/4 cup water
    # tomatoe paste carloni, 25 grams
    # Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted,& chopped 2.4 oz
    # stock cube chicken chefs cupboard, 2 serving
    # Garlic, 2 clove crushed
    # *Capsicum, diced 150 grams
    # Mushrooms, fresh sliced 220 grams
    # Red Ripe Tomatoes, diced 2 Italian tomato
    # Onions, raw, quartered 115 grams
    tbls oregeno
    pepper to tast

Directions

spray pan and brown chicken brown chicken , draining away fat ( optional step)
add everything to pan
stir through
season
cook on hi for 10-15 minutes , then low for 2hrs
alternately low for 4hrs , till onon is soft
